Cherry Hill, NJ -- (ReleaseWire) -- 01/03/2018 -- Kennedy Fitness & Wellness offers residents in South Jersey with a unique, 10-week competitive event to help shed extra pounds. The 180° Weight Loss Challenge consists of teams of three people competing to slim down and tone up with a goal to achieve the highest combined weight loss.
Residents who are looking for a different workout environment than to what is usually found at big-box gyms can experience the difference at Kennedy Fitness & Wellness by enrolling in the 10-week program. The Winter 2018 Challenge begins on Jan. 22.
As a part of the program, all participating teams are required to complete a one-hour workout session, two times a week. All workout sessions are taught by the South Jersey fitness center's nationally certified personal trainers. Not only will participants feel the community of working out with fellow team members, but they also can reap the benefits of a trainer that provides weekly workout goals, dieting advice, as well as moral support.
Participants of the 10-week program have three ways to win the event. Be the team with the highest combined weight loss in each of the club's seven locations, have the greatest percentage of weight loss out of all participants or have lost the greatest amount of weight lost of all participants.
Both members and non-members are welcome to join teams. Those who interested in learning more about the 180° Weight Loss Challenge or personal training classes in Camden County offered at Kennedy Fitness & Wellness are encouraged to contact them today by calling 800-875-2720 or visiting http://www.futurefitnesscenters.com.
